Melanie Toms-Wilson
I am a consultant solicitor at SpainWilliams Limited having joined the team in October 2018.
I qualified in 2002 and have extensive experience in Private Law Children Act matters, Care Proceedings and matters involving domestic abuse. I deal with all stages from a fixed fee appointment for initial legal advice, to issuing proceedings, representing clients at court hearings through to conclusion of the case, thereby providing continuity for clients.
A previous accredited member of The Law Society Children Panel for eight years, during which time I represented both parents and children in public law Care Proceedings, obtaining an extensive knowledge and experience of children law.
