I am specialist family solicitor based in Folkestone and accept work from Folkestone and the surrounding areas including Hythe, Canterbury, Ashford and Dover.

I accept instructions of Children matters from mothers or fathers where parents have separated or divorced and are having difficulty making arrangements for their children to have contact with the other parent. I also assist grandparents to gain access to see their grandchildren and advise them in connection with Special Guardianship Orders when they are seeking to care for their children when the parents are unable to or the parents have passed away.  I can also assist with Parental Responsibility applications for fathers not named on children’s birth certificates or married to the mothers, Specific Issue Orders applications, giving a parent permission to take a particular step such as, but not limited to,  parents wishing to move to a different or change their children’s schools, and Prohibited Steps Orders, preventing a specific action by a parent.
